Professional Experience
After his graduation from the University of California, Berkley in 1977, David started his career in public accounting. During his professional career, he advanced to become manager and then partner of taxation before forming Kee & Associates.
While Kee & Associates provides the traditional accounting, consulting and tax services, David focuses on providing significant individual and business tax consultation and tax planning (including transactional tax planning). He also provides various management advisory services, which include financial forecasts, projections and budgeting.
His expertise includes servicing established organizations, as well as start-up businesses in insurance, construction, architecture, medical, dental, legal, agriculture, all aspects of real estate ownership, real estate development, including like-kind exchanges, short sales cancellation of debt and rentals.

Adjunct professor at Golden Gate University Graduate School of Taxation, April 1983 to 1994. Authored graduate tax course in agriculture taxation for Golden Gate University.
Lectured before the Taxation Section of the California Bar, Society of California Accountants and various private groups.
